I'm Gurmeet Singh.

Welcome! I'm Gurmeet Singh, and I'm excited to guide and coach you on your fitness journey. My goal is to help you unlock your strength, power and fitness and ability to train and move like an athlete. By empowering your mind and body, we'll work alongside each other and unlock your true potential.

My training programs

Are an integration of various fitness modalities, such as capoeira, calisthenics, strength training, power training, crossfit, weight lifting, and mobility training, to provide various routes for you to become the best version of yourself. With my coaching and your commitment, we'll work together to co-create a program that suits your needs, wants, lifestyle, schedule, and goals in 1-on-1 training. This is a collaboration. I believe in my training programs. As two truths can be true, I also believe there is always going to be a better way of designing my programs, teaching you the techniques, coaching you alongside your journey. I will always strive to make our training programs better with your feedback and contribution after collecting your results. As we work together, we'll celebrate your successes and I’ll provide coaching questions to propel your progress.   So, are you ready to unleash your better self?. Gurmeet Singh

I am Gurmeet Singh and I am just like you who is passionate, determined, and wants to make a difference in people’s lives. I am here to help and teach you by getting stronger, fitter, resilient, and persistent. I am a FRCms (Mobility Specialist), NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I have worked with Fitness 19 and Equinox. Now, I am running my own coaching under PRFitter.


My coaching goal is to share a better way to train you. Our goals can be inspired by our life stories, and incredible life experiences. My goals and dreams are shaped by my journey and experiences too. Growing up in Punjab, I always loved sports, especially Cricket and Soccer. It turned out I was also a sprinter when I participated in an athletic meet in Moga, Punjab. I finished my 100M Sprint in 11 seconds without any formal training. However, no PE teacher knew what it meant to complete the 100M in 11 seconds at that age and neither did I. Moreover, I had an ACL and Meniscus tear in 2009 which cost me my 5 years to get back on my feet. Having no knowledge of exercises or proper guidance, it took me 3.5 years to decide if I needed an operation or not. My ‘Why’: So, having no resources or guidance when I needed, I realized I needed to do something for people like me. I knew I could make a difference in people’s lives by sharing a better way to train or opt to work towards their own dreams. So my journey took me to working in different call centers in India to being a part of some TV reality shows in India and winning them. But I did not find it enough. Soon after I met my wife, Brittany, who helped me discover my true strengths and supported me in finding my true ‘why’. That’s when my life took a turn that would land me here where I am right now. We were international teachers for a while and learned different ways of teaching and coaching people. RIght after the pandemic happened, we came to the States. I finally followed my purpose and ‘why’ and became a fitness coach. My previous experiences have taught me and shaped my coaching style and lens of view. I invested my time in learning, completing personal training, mobility and corrective exercises courses, and educating myself to become a better fitness coach. Working in different gym settings with my fellow trainers, I am more informed and a better coach, and continuously striving towards finding a better way to train myself and people and practice a healthier life.
