In Person/Online Total Number of Sessions - 24 Sessions Price/Session - $129 Session/Week - 2 Session per Week Payment Options - Weekly/Monthly/Full FAQs ● Those who already know the form and techniques of basic exercises. ● Those who can workout for 2-3 days on their own in addition to the personal training sessions. ● Those who have no movement restriction. ● Those who don’t require corrective exercise strategies for posture imbalance. ● Those who have a realistic goal to achieve in the next 3 months. ● Those who know how to perform the exercises but just need help with cues and minor corrections. ● Those who need sufficient education and knowledge of biomechanics to complete their goals under their training program. ● Those who are looking to enhance their athletic capabilities. ● Those who are looking to improve their technique to improve their main lifts. ● Those who are looking to understand the importance and way of assessing their movements and cardiovascular health. We will always collaborate and circle back to increase or decrease the frequency of your sessions depending upon your pace of learning, needs, wants, goals, and strengths.
